Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid sessions and commissioned research briefings from Neuron WorkHub Learning Services. Free website content is not subject to refunds.

Full refund eligibility

• Cancellation at least 72 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees
• We cancel a session due to researcher unavailability: full refund or free rescheduling at your choice
• Custom briefing not yet started (no research hours logged): full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs

Partial refund eligibility

• Cancellation 24–72 hours before a session: 50% refund
• Briefing cancelled after research began but before delivery: refund of unused portion based on logged hours
• Session ended early by mutual agreement due to technical failure on our side: prorated refund for unused time

Non-refundable items

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before a session (no-show)
• Completed sessions and delivered briefings
• Rush delivery fees once work has started
• Deposits on briefings after the research outline is approved

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules within 48 hours are treated as a cancellation under the rules above.

Deposits

Custom briefings over ₩500,000 require a 40% deposit. Deposits are refundable until the outline is approved. After approval, the deposit applies to the final invoice and is non-refundable.

Work already started

If you cancel a briefing after research hours are logged, you owe payment for hours completed at the quoted hourly rate, capped at the agreed total price.

Refund process

1. Email hello@neuron-workhub.click with your booking reference and reason
2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

Exceptions

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) affecting either party: sessions may be rescheduled without penalty; refunds considered case by case.
